Over the summer, Pastry Chef Dan O'Hara and I will be growing our own Cascade and Nugget hops. Keep checking back here to see our progress. Eventually, these will turn into some amazing IPAs!
4/16 The Nugget hops are the first to peek above the soil
A couple weeks later and already reaching for the ropes
One month old and already a towering three feet tall
June 1st and the Cascade hops have grown to four feet tall, and the Nugget hops have topped ten feet!
July 14: The hop cones are looking sweet!
